2011-2012 CURLING FEES

| payment option: 4 cheques $105.94 post dated for July 1, Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1 | |
| Half Year Member (Fall or Winter) | $ 225.00 + hst |
| New Member (first year at Curling Club of Kingsville) | $ 99.00 + hst |
| Second Consecutive Year at Curling Club of Kingsville | $ 310.00 + hst |
| Intermediate Member (16-21 years of age) | $ 175.00 + hst |
| Sunday Juniors (First Child) | $ 50.00 - includes hst |
| (Two Children) | $ 25.00 - includes hst |
| (Family - 3 or more children) | $ 100.00 - includes hst |
| Social Member (no curling, but subscription to "On the Button") | $ 50.00 + hst |
NOTES ON MEMBERSHIP
*** All memberships are due by November 15th or subject to a $50 penalty
*** Cheques are payable to Curling Club of Kingsville. Please write "ATTN Membership Chair" on the envelope.
*** No refund of dues after November 30th.
